Tim has worked in financial services for 20 years, the last 11 of which have been in Jersey.
Tim is dual qualified as a Certified Financial Planner® in South Africa and a Chartered Financial Planner in the UK. He is a member of the Financial Planning Institute of Southern
Africa (FPI) the Personal Finance Society (PFS) and Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment (CISI) In 2021 Tim completed his MSc in International Financial Services before joining Alexander Forbes Offshore in 2022 to head up advice and pensions.

Nicki Kennedy helps people find their voice.
Trained in Counselling Skills and psychological interventions to deal with channelling nerves, she also brings a profound understanding of voice, resonance, breathing and body language to help people, whatever their personality-type, find gravitas in their voice and physical presence to ensure they have a voice in the workplace.
Nicki draws on her own experience as an international opera singer and recording artist in her work. She performed internationally as a Classical soloist and spent over a decade recording in studios such as Abbey Road in London, contributing to soundtracks of iconic movies including Harry Potter, The Hobbit, Pirates of the Caribbean, Shrek and understands pressure in performance first hand.
Daniel is a Partner leading Walkers' Jersey Employment Law Practice Group who advises organisations and individuals within the financial services sector on all aspects of the employment relationship including exits, disciplinary issues and investigations, and on regulatory matters.

Mathew Beale is a seasoned industry professional with over 35 years of experience and is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment (FCSI).
In 1985, Mathew left the British Army and started his career working within the asset management industry for ten years. After this, he joined the JFSC in 1995, where he spent seven years. After three years with the FSCA, in April 2005, Mathew founded Comsure. Comsure aims to provide comprehensive business risk advisory services, including training, regulatory consultancy and RegTech implementation.
In 2018, Mathew was awarded the title 'certified GDPR practitioner' by the GDPR/APMG-international, in 2022, Comsure was recognised as Financial Services Expert of the Year in Jersey by Global Advisory Experts (GAE).
Katherine is a senior associate in Walkers' Channel Islands Employment Practice Group, advising on all aspects of employment law matters across Jersey and Guernsey.

Jenny is the Chief Operating Officer and co-founder of employee wellbeing and
engagement platform 'Anova'.
She is an experienced wellbeing consultant, registered Occupational Psychologist, and co-hosts the Work in Real Life podcast.
Jenny worked in HR for several years and obtained her CIPD accreditation before moving into the consultancy world. She now supports leaders and businesses with organisational culture, engagement and wellbeing initiatives.
Although brought up in Jersey, Jenny lived and worked in Australia for nearly a decade before returning to Jersey in 2020.
Tim has 2 brands: One is about left-brain focussed on how to change (Adapt Consulting) and the other is right-brain focussed on why (ThinkingFeelingBeing).
He is a former Commonwealth Games Triathlete, Ironman, 4 x GB Gold Medallist at Rowing, and is a Consultant, Project and Change Manager. His professional roles have included Operations and Change at NatWest, Incorporation of Public Sector organisations and a BeTheBusiness Mentor for small businesses.
Tim was a member of the Public Accounts Committee, ex-Chair of Pharmaceutical Benefits Committee and enthusiastic contributor to Jersey Policy Centre. His early days were as a programmer writing fund management software, his interests now are in coaching and motivation and Applied Therapeutic Skills.
Austin is a co-founder of AskHollie and assumes overall responsibility for our technical teams and the technical delivery of all projects, both for clients and for our own products (via Hollie Labs).
Austin is an innovator in Cardiology, with education in both medicine and psychology from UCL, and Law from BPP. Founder of The Allan Lab, a digital health innovation R&D lab, Austin has worked with many Digital health companies to deliver next generation patient care and believes in the transformative power of technology in clinical practice.

Susan joined R&H Jersey as Head of HR and Training in 2021. Susan has benefited from a career spanning over 20 years in Operations and Human Resource Management in both retail and financial services.
Susan obtained a Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management from London South Bank University in 2018 and a Certificate in Employment Law and Practice from ILM in 2019. Susan has gained experience in all aspects of HRM and specialises in the delivery and implementation of people strategies that maximise employee engagement, champions diversity and inclusion and promotes well-being.
Susan is currently Chair of the CIPD Jersey & Guernsey Branches, and a member of the Jersey Recovery College.
Michael qualified in the prehospital field after suffering from an illness at a young age. Understanding what it felt like to be vulnerable, he spent time medical volunteering in India and has been seen on the ambulance in Cape Town. He also is a crew member and clinical lead for the Jersey Lifeboat Association.
Michael founded Lifeline Training; an organisation which assists local and gloabl companies with looking after their employees mental health by way of training.
In 2023, he founded Lifeline Care Group, to assist adults and children living in Jersey with their mental health challenges.
Suzanne Lucas spent 10 years in corporate HR where she hired, fired, managed the numbers, and double-checked with the lawyers. She left the corporate world to advise people and companies on having the best Human Resources departments possible.
Suzanne integrates best practices with innovative ideas and humor, including using improv comedy as a tool for leadership development.
