Setting the Standard for Business Ethics in Jersey

The Jersey Good Business Charter is an award, granted by the Good Business Council, according to a recognised Standard.

The Charter is the property of a charitable trust registered in Jersey with the objects of making Jersey a better place to live and work, and one which makes a better impact upon the communities of the world, by; encouraging and celebrating the good actions and intentions of the business community and challenging businesses to become better at managing, measuring and increasing their net contribution to societal goods.

The Council

The Jersey Good Business Council exists to approve (or reject) the applications for membership of the Good Business Charter.

The Standard

The Standard is a description of Good Business intentions and outcomes, which has been developed in alignment with the UN and ISO standards for business ethics.
