Lena has over 15 years of experience in the corporate arena consulting, training and designing systems for clients, including CBRE, Anglo-Irish Bank, Bank of Kuwait and others.

Andre helps organisations create resilient, high performing individuals and teams.
After spending 20 years working in health and well being, first as an osteopath, then as a trauma therapist and coach, Andre created a unique process which focuses on enhancing mental, emotional and physical well being.

Danielle is a Senior Counsel in Walkers' Guernsey Employment Practice Group. She advises on all aspects of employment law, focusing in particular on discrimination and employment-related disputes.
Danielle spent 14 years in the London office of Baker McKenzie - she also has in-house experience, having undertaken a six-month secondment with British Airways.
Her core practice involves drafting and negotiating employment documentation, assisting with HR processes and employee relations matters, advising on the enforceability of restrictive covenants, representing clients in employment tribunal litigation and advising on employment aspects of transactions.
Sarah is a Group Partner in the Employment team, based in Guernsey and has almost 20 years' experience in private practice, having qualified with Allen & Overy before working for two US firms in the City and then moving to Guernsey in 2018. She advises on all contentious and non-contentious matters, and is an expert in the new discrimination law and leads the Channel Islands Practice Group.
Sarah is recognised by Legal 500 as a Next Generation Partner, and has experience in advising companies in a broad range of industries including financial services, insurance, legal and media.
She also has in-house secondment experience working within both employment legal and HR teams and spent time in a major international bank where she gained invaluable experience of employment related matters from the client's perspective.

Chris has a passion for helping people and companies reach their full potential.
He's experienced in managing and leading teams, developing strategy, learning and development and developing personal development programmes. He oversees the Guernsey Mind workplace wellbeing training team, their therapeutic service and digital services and sits on the board to provide advice to Board members on risk and strategic direction. He has also worked on and developed coaching programmes to support personal performance in the workplace, and supports Guernsey Mind therapeutic service through coaching and Acceptance Commitment Therapy.
Prior to Mind Guernsey he was an incident commander for the Airport Fire and Rescue service, and developed and trained teams on meeting strategic and tactical plans, leadership styles and health and wellbeing.

John believes businesses should be a force for good and helps businesses around the world capitalise on their amazing human talent. He likes to spend his time thinking about the interconnections that form our work, communities and lives and how these can be enhanced for the benefit of all.
Kate Harbour is a Senior Consultant at CBO Projects, specialising in organisational psychology.
Her engagements span both the private and public sectors, and include consultancy work, change management, and project management. She has delivered a wide range of technology, process, and people transformations from inception to completion. Skilled in defining and implementing organisational and cultural change, Kate is particularly interested in supporting clients with aspects of their culture and people strategies.
With a strong research and publication background, Kate uses her knowledge of organisational behaviour to enhance effectiveness across all aspects of her work. Her current areas of research include identity, liminality, and the personal experience in the workplace.
Kareena built her career in the third sector, heading up Action for Children in Guernsey for over 10 years, working with a wide range of often challenging situations.
In joining Leaders Consultancy, Kareena is now able to utilise her skills and keen commitment to fostering systems and environments that enable people to flourish, across all sectors. This includes substantial experience in team building and leadership, engaging with multiple stakeholders and supporting individuals in creating healthier habits in work and life.
